Today is Day 2, Week 2 of my healthy life style change. IN order to give myself a little pat-on-the-back i purchased a FitBit Flex today. For those of you who haven’t heard of a FitBit I’ve taken the liberty of copying and pasting the companies description here (lol, tired):

I Have to say that I’m in love with idea of something helping me achieve my weight loss goals. I have activated and already started using it. One thing that I’ve noticed already today is it is exceptionally helpful in keeping track of my water intake. I Have to say that I’m one of those people who will carry a water bottle around with them and only finish half of it. This app/bracelet is keeping me aware of the fact that i have so many ounces to drink in a day (simple concept I know but helpful to me).
Now then, for my beginning of the week check-in, i have one word for you all…sore. I don’t think iv’e been this sore in gosh, i can’t even tell you how long. When i cough I swear I can feel every muscle in body. It’s painful and exciting. Last week, i downloaded the app Blogilates. It’s an exercise program run and promoted by a Youtube fitness guru, and i have to say i’m really enjoying her program .Instead of forcing myself to run every day, I’ve been following her beginner workout calendar,on average it’s a half hour out of your day of pure hard core workouts, and it’s funny. I know I might be pushing myself a tad to hard however, I’m excited that in this short amount of time I’m already noticing a difference in my self and in my body.
