A few blog posts ago, I wrote about my journey to Nebraska. And I promised to upload some photos from the trip. (& goodness the time has flown by! – Because it’s already June)
So for this post, I just wanted to share with you some of my favorite shots, from my trip. & for those that didn’t catch my Nebraska post. I ventured from NM to York, Nebraska, to see my oldest brother graduate from college. Needless to say, it was a fun trip!
I have never been to the great plans area before, so I have to say it was quite a shock! I was surprised how flat everything was. All I can say is thank goodness for google maps. Cause, I couldn’t tell what direction, was what!
York, cracked me up because they had the “International Marble Museum.” We didn’t get to visit, however, it gave me (a few) giggles.
I was also very surprised to find, that most homes didn’t have fences, I noticed something similar in Utah. But, every time I see it, I am endlessly surprised. How do you keep your dogs from running off?
These are just a few tidbits I notice, while there. But by far, my favorite thing from this trip was getting to spend so much time with family.
What’s your favorite thing to do when visiting a new place?
– Till next time
